Device lock
Changing PC, VPS, Windows reinstall, major hardware swap, or hard drive replacement can require reset review. Multi-MT5 and multi-account on the same PC do not.
WebRequest
MT5 must be allowed to contact the license server through Expert Advisors settings.
Renewals
Buying with the same email can extend access when renewal extension is enabled.
Blocking
Sharing, cracking, resale, public upload, fraud, or chargeback abuse can revoke access.
Demo license
Demo access can be time-limited and function-limited compared with paid access.

Request reset if setup changes
Send order and device details for manual reset review before trying to reuse the key elsewhere.
